Take 10 deep breaths. Focus only on your breathing and eliminate all other thoughts that may be running in your mind

Engage in physical activity to boost up your happiness hormones like endorphins. 

Set up a positive and productive tone for your day by planning out your day in advance. Prioritize your tasks and work accordingly.

Don’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive, and go do it. Because what the world needs is people who have come alive
