How to Set and Achieve Perfect Goals For Yourself

Define your goals clearly and specifically. Be sure to make them measurable and achievable.

Create a plan of action. Break your goals down into smaller, manageable steps. I Call them Mini- Goals

Set deadlines for yourself. This will help you stay on track and motivated.

Track your progress. Keep a record of what you've accomplished and what still needs to be done.

Celebrate your successes. Reward yourself for reaching milestones and achieving your mini goals.

Stay on task and avoid anything that might distract you from achieving your goals. Use Focus-mode on your gadgets to avoid extra notifications.

Share your progress and goals with a friend, family member, or accountability partner to stay motivated and on track.

Learn from your mistakes. Reflect on what went wrong and what you can do differently next time. Be flexible to change your goals if need be.

Stay motivated. Remind yourself of why you set the goal in the first place, and how achieving it will benefit you.
