Spiritual practices have been used to heal trauma for a very long time now, but in recent years people have developed doubts about it.

There are many different spiritual practices that can be used to help heal past trauma, depending on an individual's beliefs and preferences.

MEDITATION It can calm down the disturbing thoughts that occupy your mind and give you clarity about the direction of your thoughts. 

PRAYER Prayer gives you confidence in the presence of a higher power. It lets you believe that somewhere some energy is working for your betterment and hence it will all be fine.  

YOGA Yoga connects your mind and body, hence bringing you closer to yourself. Both mental and physical traumas can be healed with yoga.

MINDFULNESS Mindfulness brings to here and now. It brings you out of the spiral of overthinking about your trauma and helps you seek solace in the moment that is today.

ENERGY HEALING Practices like Reiki and Pranic Healing can help a lot in creating a positive vibration around you and leave behind the negative energies of a traumatic experience.

AFFIRMATIONS Use the power of affirmations in order to fill your mind with positivity. You can also use affirmations in the form of prayers, gratitude journaling etc.

It's important to remember that everyone's experiences are different and what works for one person may not work for another. It's also important to consider professional help such as therapy or counseling for healing past traumas.
