How to Strengthen Your Willpower

Willpower is the ability to resist short term temptations in order to achieve your long-term goals.

Willpower is the ability to keep moving forward even when things are not going your way. Here are certain things you can do to strengthen your willpower

Create a plan to achieve your long-term goals and make sure you break them down into some short-term goals.

Be with friends, family, and supportive people who inspire you to achieve long-term goals and not with the ones who push you to give in to your temptations.

Be here in this moment and avoid thinking about the things that tempt you to break down and leave behind your long-term goals.

When you have to take multiple decisions you exhaust yourself more. And when you are mentally exhausted you tend to give in to your temptations more easily.

You will be surprised to know but there may be certain triggers.Try to identify what breaks your ability to stay focused and determined and work on them.
