COMPREHEND model is designed to provide a more holistic and strategic framework for goal planning and achievement.
C: Clarity – Define your goal with absolute clarity. Clearly articulate what you want to achieve and why it matters in your long-term vision.
O: Ownership – Take full ownership of your goal. Acknowledge that you are the primary driver of your goal and commit to taking responsibility for its success.
M: Measurable – Establish measurable criteria to track progress. Identify specific metrics or milestones to gauge your advancement toward the goal.
P: Plan – Develop a strategic plan to achieve your goal. Outline the steps and strategies you will implement to move closer to your desired outcome.
R: Resilience – Anticipate challenges and develop resilience strategies. Identify potential obstacles and establish a plan for overcoming setbacks.
E: Environment – Consider the external factors influencing your goal. Assess the external environment, including industry trends, market conditions, and organizational dynamics.
H: Habits – Cultivate habits that support your goal. Identify and establish positive habits that contribute to your goal attainment.
E: Evaluate – Regularly assess progress and adjust strategies as needed. Schedule regular check-ins to evaluate your progress, celebrate achievements, and adjust strategies based on evolving circumstances.
