8 Things You SHould Do Before you sleep

Leave your electronics an hour before your scheduled bed time.

Take a warm shower. Brush your teeth, wash your face and moisturize.

Change into your night comfy clothes. Wear something which is breathable.

Spend some time with your family. Talk, play games or do any activity that interests you all.

Read for at least half an hour.

Reflect and write an account for your day. The things you did, the way you feel and anything important that you feel you should note down.

Relax your mind and body. You can do meditation, prayer or try muscle relaxation techniques.

Dim the lights. Make sure your bed is clean and settled. Create an atmosphere that helps you sleep.
