8 Things To Do Before 8 AM For A Highly Productive Day

You should drink at least 3 glasses of water before 8 am. It helps you clean up your digestive system and hence you have a healthy gut.

Even if it is only for 15 minutes do something to activate your physical body. When you activate your body early in the morning you feel less lethargic.

Have a bath and get dressed up. It helps you feel more energetic and ready to indulge into your work.

Your breakfast is the most important meal of your day. So make sure whatever you eat is healthy and helps you throughout the day.

You need to sit down in peace and note down what you are supposed to do the entire day. Having your goals written down enhances your productivity towards them.

Read something to give you seed for thought. Read something inspiring. read something knowledgeable. Get up 30 mins earlier than your usual time and give that time to read.

It is important for your body and mind that you take some sunlight in the morning.

Praying in the morning gives your day a positive and focused start. If you are an atheist then start your day with meditation. It is all the same.
